The Urhobo National Youth Council led by Comrade Festus Otesiri Igherebuo officially led the sons and daughters of Urhoboland to Chief Thomas Ereyitomi at the BridgeView Hotel recently. The gathering was to show their unequivocal support for Chief Thomas Ereyitomi regarding his aspiration for the position of The House of Representative (Warri Federal Constituency).
Spokesman of the group, Hon. Jude Onovughe Igherebuo, stated how efficient Chief Thomas Ereyitomi is and that the Urhobos in Warri Constituency believe that there will be a lot of positive change if Chief Ereyitomi is given the opportunity to represent the Warri Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives. He implored Ereyitomi to continue to influence positively and bring meaningful development to the people of Warri at large, even as he stressed that all Urhobos are with him.
Chief Ereyitomi in his remark thanked the good people of Urhobo in the Warri Federal Constituency for selecting him to represent them in good faith. “You don’t advertise good products. Instead, a good product will sell itself. However, we should continue to advertise this good product so it can sell more. I have not officially declared my intention but I will at the appropriate time. I am ready to serve my people,” Chief Ereyitomi stated.
Mr. Emmanuel Nunu while addressing the Urhobo National Youth Council thanked them for the show of support. He also stated that Chief Ereyitomi is indeed grateful and willing to serve the good people of Warri Federal Constituency and will officially declare his aspiration to run for the House of Representatives when the time comes.
